Answer
If you see a charge but believe you didn’t take a hail, don’t panic.
In most cases, this is due to a completed hail, a wallet deduction, or a pending transaction.
Common Reasons This Happens
1. A Hail Was Completed
Charges only occur after a hail is completed.
Check Trips → Completed to confirm whether a hail took place.
2. Wallet Balance Changed
Funds added to your wallet or adjustments may appear as transactions.
Wallet activity can be reviewed under:
Menu (☰) → Wallet → Transactions
3. Pending or Temporary Charges
Some banks temporarily display pending transactions that later disappear or adjust.
These are controlled by your bank, not VI Hail.
4. Previous Hail Posted Later
In some cases, a completed hail may post slightly later than expected.
What to Do Next
Check Trips → Completed
Review Wallet → Transactions
Compare dates and amounts
If something still doesn’t look right, request a review.
