VI Hail provides a receipt for every completed hail.
Receipts include fare details and payment information for your records.

How to View a Receipt

To view your hail receipt:

1. Open the VI Hail app

2. Tap Trips

3. Select Completed

4. Choose the hail you want to review

5. View the receipt details

What’s Included in a Receipt

A hail receipt typically includes:

• Date and time of the hail

• Pickup and destination details

• Total fare charged

• Payment method (wallet)

Important Things to Know

• Receipts are available only for completed hails

• Wallet deductions occur after completion

• Receipts cannot be edited or modified

Can I download or share my receipt?
Available options depend on your device and app version.

Why don’t I see a receipt?
Canceled hails do not generate receipts.

Can support resend my receipt?
Receipts are always available in the app.
