Before a hail can be requested, VI Hail checks that your wallet has enough funds to cover the estimated cost.
This ensures:
Hails can be completed without payment issues
Drivers are protected from unpaid trips
The platform remains cashless and reliable
How Authorization Works
When you request a hail:
You enter your destination
The app estimates the hail cost
Your wallet balance is checked
If sufficient, the hail request proceeds
If insufficient, you’re prompted to add funds
No funds are deducted until the hail is completed.
What Happens if Your Balance Is Too Low
If your wallet balance is insufficient:
The hail request cannot be completed
You’ll be asked to add funds
You can retry booking after funding
