1. Logged In on a New Device
If you log in to VI Hail on a new device:
You may be logged out on your previous device
This helps prevent unauthorized access
Simply log back in using your phone number and OTP code.
2. App Update or Restart
App updates or system restarts can end active sessions.
What to Do
Open the VI Hail app
Log in again using OTP verification
3. Network or Connectivity Change
Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data or losing signal can cause a session to reset.
Once your connection is stable, log in again.
4. Security or Inactivity Timeout
For security reasons, accounts may be logged out after:
