VI Hail gives you two different options:
Log Out – Signs you out of the app but keeps your account active
Delete Account – Permanently removes your account and access
Choose the option that fits your situation.
How to Log Out of Your Account
Logging out is useful if you’re:
Switching devices
Troubleshooting app issues
Temporarily not using the app
Steps to Log Out
Open the VI Hail app
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner
Tap your profile picture or default profile icon
Select Log Out
You can log back in at any time using your phone number.
How to Delete Your Account
If you no longer wish to use VI Hail, you can permanently delete your account from the app.

Open the VI Hail app
Tap the menu icon (☰)
Tap your profile picture or default profile icon
Select Delete Account
Confirm your request
⚠️ Important:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
You will no longer be able to log in
Your access to the app is permanently removed
Any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited
Past trip history will no longer be accessible
Make sure you review your account before deleting.
Common Questions
Can I reactivate my account after deleting it?
No. Account deletion is permanent.
Should I log out instead of deleting?
If you may want to use VI Hail again, logging out is the better option.
What if I deleted my account by mistake?
Contact support immediately, but recovery may not be possible.
