Hail Statuses Explained

Searching for a Driver

This status means:

• Your hail request is active

• The app is looking for a nearby driver

If no driver is available, the request may time out.

Driver Accepted

This status means:

• A driver has accepted your ride

• You can see the driver’s name, vehicle details, and live location

• The driver is on the way to you

Driver En-Route

The driver is actively traveling to your current location.

You can:

• Track the driver in real time

• Contact the driver through the app if needed

Hail in Progress

This status means:

• You are currently on the trip

• The hail has started

• Navigation is active

Hail Completed

This status means:

• The hailhas ended successfully

• The final fare has been deducted from your wallet

• Your receipt is available under Trips → Completed

Hail Cancelled

A hail may be canceled by:

• You

• The driver

• The system (no driver available)

Canceled hails appear under Trips → Cancelled.

Common Questions

Why did my hail disappear?
Check the Cancelled tab in Trips.

Why was my hail canceled automatically?
This usually happens when no drivers are available.
