Creating Your VI Hail Account

A VI Hail account is created when you sign up in the VI Hail hailer app. The process is quick and only takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Enter Your Name

1. Open the VI Hail app

2. Enter your first and last name

3. Continue to the next step

Your name helps drivers identify you during a hail.

Step 2: Enter Your Phone Number

1. Enter your mobile phone number

2. Submit the number to continue

Your phone number is used to identify and secure your account.

Step 3: Verify with OTP Code

1. A one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to your phone via SMS

2. Enter the OTP code in the app

3. Once verified, your account is confirmed

If you do not receive the code, check your signal and try again.

Step 4: Add Your Profile Photo

After verification, the app will prompt you to:

• Add a profile photo

This helps drivers recognize hailers and improves the overall experience.

Account Created

Once your photo is added, your VI Hail account is active and ready to use.

Manage Your Account Settings

After creating your account, you can manage additional settings:

1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner

2. Tap your profile picture or default profile icon

From here, you can:

• Add or update your email address

• Create or change your password

• Change the app language

• Log out of your account

• Delete your account if you no longer wish to be active

Common Questions

I didn’t receive the OTP code
Make sure your phone number is correct and your device has a strong signal.

Can I update my profile later?
Yes. You can edit your profile at any time from the menu.

Can I delete my account if I stop using VI Hail?
Yes. Account deletion is available from your profile settings.
