VI Hail is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and reliable experience for everyone.
All hailers are expected to follow these community guidelines when using the app.

Failure to follow these standards may result in account action.

Respectful Behavior

Hailers are expected to:

• Treat drivers with respect

• Use appropriate language

• Follow driver instructions related to safety and legality

Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior are not tolerated.

Safety & Compliance Expectations

Hailers must:

• Wear seatbelts during hails

• Follow local laws and regulations

• Respect vehicle capacity and safety rules

• Exit the vehicle safely at the destination

Prohibited Activities

The following are not allowed:

• Cash payments outside the app

• Sharing personal contact information

• Illegal activity during a hail

• Damaging or misusing vehicles

• Providing false information

Account Misuse

Misuse of the VI Hail platform includes:

• Fraudulent activity

• Repeated cancellations without cause

• Abuse of promotions or refunds

• Creating multiple accounts to bypass rules

Reporting Policy Violations

If you witness or experience a policy violation:

• Report it through the app under Trips → Support

• Or submit a report at https://support.vihail.com

What Happens After a Report

Reports are reviewed carefully.
Actions may include:

• Warnings

• Temporary restrictions

• Account suspension or termination
