While VI Hail accounts are created using a phone number, hailers can add or update an email address from their profile settings.

Adding an email helps with:

• Account recovery

• Support communication

• Important notifications

How to Add or Update Your Email

To manage your email address:

1. Open the VI Hail app

2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner

3. Tap your profile picture or default profile icon

4. Select Email

5. Enter or update your email address

6. Save your changes

Your updated email will be linked to your account.

Important Things to Know

• Your email address is optional

• Adding an email does not replace phone number login

• Make sure your email is entered correctly
